Concetta has made it exciting this time. She waited until the 65th day of her pregnancy. But birth was easy-going. Concetta is fine and as with her first litter she is a very good and caring mother. She gave birth to two bitches and a male. However, one of the bitches as well as the male were pretty strong at birth (240 g resp. 220 g) whereas the first born bitch worries us. She was born with a very low birth weight of just 90 g. So we do not know yet if we can get her through. We do our best and the little one seems to have a true fighting spirit and a tremendous will to live. She has survived the first nights with additional feeding and gained a little bit of weight already.

We hope to find the time to take some proper pictures of the puppies soon. But now, first and foremost, it’s all about helping the little one.
